Rostra Procure reads every county, city, and school-board agenda in a region and surfaces the contracts that are coming, who is winning them, and which are about to expire, months before they reach a bid portal. The recompete radar

When the record shows a contract award with a term, Procure computes the recompete date and flags it inside the nine-month window when incumbents get unseated. No competitor surfaces this from the public record at the local level.

Evidence or it doesn't ship

Every opportunity carries a verbatim sentence from the source agenda, re-located by exact string match. If a claim can't be quoted, it isn't shown. That's the same standard Rostra Develop holds.
