Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BulkPilot ("the app"), provided by Holt & Gander. By installing or using the app, you agree to them.

The service

BulkPilot lets you make bulk edits to your Shopify catalog, with a preview before any change and one-click undo afterward. You are responsible for reviewing each preview before applying it. While BulkPilot is designed so every operation is reversible, you remain responsible for the changes you choose to apply to your store.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify's Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. Prices are shown in the app. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; charges already billed by Shopify are handled under Shopify's billing terms.

Acceptable use

Use the app only with stores you are authorized to manage, and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.

Availability & warranty

We work to keep BulkPilot reliable, but the app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
