ChangeCadence ("the app") is a Freshworks Marketplace application published by Holt & Gander ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app accesses, how it is used, and how it is stored.

1. Data the app accesses

• Freshservice configuration you provide at install: your Freshservice domain, an API key, and a time zone.
• Read from your Freshservice account to populate the app's dropdowns: requesters, agents, groups, departments, and change field choices (categories). This is used only to display friendly options while you build a template and is not stored by the app beyond the browser session.
• Created by the app in your Freshservice account: change records, generated from the templates and schedules you define.

2. Data the app stores

• Your schedules, change templates, and a history of changes created are stored in the Freshworks platform's per-installation data storage, inside Freshworks infrastructure associated with your own account.
• Your API key is stored as a secure, encrypted installation parameter on the Freshworks platform and is used only by the app's server-side code. It is never exposed to the browser or to us.

3. Data we do not collect

The app does not send any of your data to us or to any third party. It communicates only with your own Freshservice account through the Freshworks platform. We operate no external servers that receive your data, and we do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

4. Data retention and deletion

Schedule, template, and history data lives for the life of the installation. Uninstalling the app removes the app's stored data and its access to your account, including the stored API key.

5. Security

All processing runs on the Freshworks serverless platform. The API key is encrypted at rest by Freshworks and transmitted only over HTTPS to your Freshservice instance.
