Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ChangeCadence ("the app"), a Freshworks Marketplace application published by Holt & Gander ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ChangeCadence for your internal business use for as long as you maintain an active subscription.

2. Acceptable use

You will not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app. You are responsible for the API key you provide and for the change records the app creates in your Freshservice account based on the templates and schedules you configure.

3. Service and availability

The app runs on the Freshworks platform and depends on the availability of your Freshservice account and the Freshworks infrastructure. We are not responsible for outages or changes to those services.

4. Warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You are responsible for reviewing the changes it creates in your Freshservice instance.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holt & Gander is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

6. Termination

This license ends when you uninstall the app or your subscription lapses. Uninstalling removes the app's access to your account and its stored data.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
